Jun Takahashi started his namesake brand Undercover in 1990 while attending Bunka Fashion College in Shibuya, Japan. His design language has influenced generations ahead with his bold art pieces and statements in runways. He’s most well know for his pieces with the iconic Patti Smith lightning bolt on the knee, garments crafted from scab like patches, and even heavily distressed and repaired jeans with prices reaching up to $4,000. This piece debuted in his Autumn-Winter 2005 collection entitled “Arts & Crafts”. This iconic pair of denim features insanely intricate distressing and repair to give a grunge look. Prices have sky rocketed in the past 20 years since their release since the increasing rarity. This pair is in relatively good condition with no major notable flaws.
